terms of service

1. you must provide references; i should be able to make out shapes and colors without much struggle.
2. i will not draw hateful art of any kind. i will not draw nsfw or gore, especially not of someone else/'s character without their consent.
3. be clear with your instructions/order!
4. respect is mutual!!! if you are being rude/inconsiderate, i have every right to refuse service and/or blacklist you.
5. it is preferred that payment is sent before i begin the artwork. full refunds are available up until i have finished the linework - just as long as it's reasonable and respectful.
6. please do not claim the artwork as your own. you have my full permission to use it for pfps, wallpapers, backgrounds, etc. as long as you use it respectfully and give credit where it's due :]
7. by purchasing a commission, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
8. if you have chosen to pay after the commission is finished, i will send you an unwatermarked version first. my signature will still be included no matter what the use is.
9. If there are difficulties regarding the payment method (such as difficulties with PayPal), it is ON YOU to work it out. I WILL NOT SEND YOU ANY MONEY. If you cannot work out the issue on your own, the commission will be cancelled.
10. I have the right to cancel the commission at any time. The availability of a refund depends on the reason why it was cancelled (i.e. blacklisted, scam, unavailable...)
11. if you pay with apple pay, you agree to pay for a transfer fee (which ranges from $0.25-$1.00).
12. if you order a commercial commission, you understand that i may end up asking for a portion of earnings from the advertisement (depending on the situation). we will discuss this ahead of time.
